Student Assistant – Video Producer

Job summary

This role involves producing engaging video content as part of a creative team within a film production company. The position focuses on both editing and hands-on production tasks, allowing for growth and learning in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree in media or film production with 1.5–3 years remaining in studies, or a freelancer with relevant experience.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, along with solid editing skills in Premiere Pro. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, DaVinci, and similar software is advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of clear communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-production by creating storyboards, production plans, shot lists, and schedules.
• Participate actively in film shoots, aiding in directing talent and managing camera, audio, and lighting equipment.
• Edit footage to produce high-quality films with cohesive narratives.
• Support project management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with team members and clients.
