Job summary

This position offers a part-time opportunity for a Student Assistant to support the S&OP & Analytics team in a pharmaceutical context. The role involves hands-on experience with data, reporting, and business processes, ideally starting in June 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Supply Chain Operations, Management, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas and structured data sets.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in S&OP and Supply Chain reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Maintain and update existing Excel reports, including inventory status and forecasts.
• Prepare, validate, and consolidate data from various sources.
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Document reports, data sources, and recurring processes.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and local improvement projects within the team.

Skills

• Experience with Power BI or Power Query is a plus.
• Understanding of S&OP or supply chain processes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ERP data systems, such as AX/Dynamics, is beneficial.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.
