Job summary

This role involves supporting the development of a Software-as-a-Service solution for Performance Measurement and Attribution. The position is focused on technical tasks, system performance analysis, and engineering projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in open-ended environments.
  • Strong programming fundamentals; experience with C#/.NET is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Interest or experience in AI-assisted development, automation, performance analysis, or developer tooling.
  • Proficient in Git and familiar with modern engineering practices like CI/CD and code reviews.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of defined technical tasks and projects, incorporating personal skills and interests where applicable.
  • Identify and prototype improvements in workflows, including automation and developer productivity.
  • Analyze system performance, conduct experiments, and propose optimizations.
  • Assist with various engineering projects, including tooling, scripts, and documentation.
  • Explore new technical areas that could benefit the team.

Skills

  • Solid programming skills in any language, with a preference for C#/.NET.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and share insights with the team.
  • Structured work approach with effective planning and communication.

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant Master's degree program.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
