Job summary

An experienced Lead Frontend Developer is sought to join a growing SaaS company focused on Human Capital Management. This role involves hands-on coding, design, development, and mentoring within an agile team environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in frontend application design and development.
• Proven ownership of frontend architecture and technical decision-making.
• Ability to mentor and act as a technical partner to other developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support a browser-based product within the Scrum framework.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager/Owner to create specifications and features.
• Lead code reviews and participate in stakeholder reviews.
• Implement security standards and ensure compliance with coding practices.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and release activities.
• Troubleshoot complex coding issues and assist customer care.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in coding.

Skills

• Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, REST, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Experience with C#/.NET is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend system interactions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in software development.
