Student Assistant - R&D (Mechanical Engineering)

Job summary

This position involves supporting the R&D department in mechanical design and analysis within the Customer Service Sales sector. The role focuses on the development and improvement of advanced mechanical systems, collaborating closely with experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a mechanical engineering program or a related technical field.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of mechanical design, strength calculations, and lifetime analyses.
• Proficient in structured, systematic, and analytical work with attention to detail.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering calculations and structural assessments.
• Perform design verification and root cause investigations.
• Engage in concept development and technical documentation.
• Participate in strength and fatigue analyses, component sizing, and design optimization.
• Involve in testing, validation, and data analysis related to mechanical components.

Skills

• Familiarity with CAD tools, particularly Autodesk Inventor, is advantageous.
• Ability to work on complex industrial machinery and develop technical solutions.

Education

• Enrollment in a mechanical engineering or similar technical program is expected.

Tools

• Engineering software for mechanical design and analysis, including CAD tools.
