Student Assistant, Product Presentation (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position involves supporting the Product Presentation team in creating and executing global visual merchandising guidelines. The role offers hands-on experience in an international retail environment, working closely with various colleagues.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of retail or the jewellery industry is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Additional Information

• Assist in graphic design and production of global product presentation guidelines.
• Help with photography of displays for guidelines and communication materials.
• Support display activation and set-up at the Global Office.
• Manage the in-house jewellery stock and handle discontinued products.
• Create product displays for events.
• Assist the Retail department with operational tasks and ad hoc assignments.
• Be knowledgeable about jewellery collections and visual merchandising principles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and structured.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, flexible, and positive.
• Strong communicator who keeps stakeholders informed.
• Enthusiastic about product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility around exam periods.
• Start date as soon as possible.
• On-site role based in Copenhagen.
