Student Assistant – Operations, Processes, and AI Automation (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

Seeking a curious and structured student assistant to support daily operational tasks and development projects related to process improvement, automation, and simple AI solutions utilizing Copilot. The role involves hands-on work in a critical infrastructure environment, focusing on enhancing efficiency and consistency in operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant higher education degree in IT management, digitalization, business analytics, economics, IT, or similar fields.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with repetitive tasks in an operational context.
• Proficient in Excel with an interest in Power BI, automation, and Copilot.
• Eager to explore AI and motivated to translate it into practical everyday solutions.
• Ability to work independently and communicate complex issues clearly and simply.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations: Update and structure operational overviews, manage data cleanup, and ensure consistency across data sources.
• Document workflows and processes in a clear and usable manner.
• Projects and development: Map current and future workflows, identify opportunities for simple automations and simplifications, create basic Power BI views and Excel models to support operations and decision-making, test Copilot in specific workflows focusing on overview, quality, and reduced manual work, and establish structure and oversight for early-stage AI and automation initiatives.
