Job summary

This role involves supporting the analysis of AI and digitalization impacts in Europe at an analytical unit focused on data-driven insights. You will work closely with a small team to contribute to research that informs public debate and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Currently in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a master’s program in economics, political science, statistics, data science, or a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data, proficient in Excel, and ideally familiar with Python, R, Stata, or similar tools.
  • A keen interest in the effects of AI and digitalization on European economies and societies.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor policy developments and research related to AI and digitalization in Europe.
  • Collect and organize data from sources such as Eurostat and OECD.
  • Create publication-ready descriptive statistics, tables, and charts.
  • Write analytical content and verify sources for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with an Analytics Consultant on defined tasks, gradually taking ownership of analyses.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use AI tools in research.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to relate findings to existing knowledge and theory.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program (bachelor’s or master’s).

Tools

  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, Stata, or similar data analysis tools.
