Job summary

This position involves supporting a student innovation team focused on sustainability and social innovation initiatives. The role includes coordinating program activities and enhancing communication efforts to engage students and external partners effectively.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program, preferably in the 2nd or 3rd year.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in general communication and graphic design tools such as InDesign and Illustrator is preferred.
  • Interest in sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
  • Ability to engage with the student and start-up community.
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious.
  • Capable of working independently while being a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of program activities, ensuring smooth execution of sessions and events.
  • Prepare program materials and manage participant communications.
  • Support social media activities and maintain relevant web pages to enhance program visibility.
  • Collect stories and updates from program activities and coordinate content with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proactive and inventive mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems as they arise.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant bachelor's program.

Tools

  • Familiarity with graphic design software (InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with social media platforms and web content management.
