Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program with at least 2 years remaining, preferably in IT, E-business, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn, structured, and curious.
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Comfortable working with data and digital tools.
  • Experience with projects, ERP systems, or process mapping is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the ERP and EPM leadership team with daily tasks and cross-functional activities.
  • Update the vendor management system with existing and new vendors.
  • Support ongoing ERP and EPM improvement projects.
  • Prepare presentations, status updates, documentation, and templates.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and small project tasks.

Skills

  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and data handling.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years left in the program.

Tools

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is advantageous.
