Job summary

This position involves supporting the digital development and maintenance of SharePoint and Actimo sites for an Engineering Department. The role focuses on enhancing internal content platforms and communication channels to promote departmental engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student
• Advanced IT and digital skills, with experience in SharePoint or similar platforms preferred
• Strong graphic design and content editing abilities
• Excellent writing and editing skills for professional communication
• Familiarity with social media strategies and content alignment with organizational principles
• Proficiency in English; Danish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and update SharePoint and Actimo platforms for improved accessibility and usability
• Customize web parts for intuitive navigation and user experience
• Create and manage engaging content, including posts and graphics for the Engineering department
• Gather input from team leads to ensure content relevance
• Develop strategies to enhance engagement and promote the department's role
• Monitor platform performance and provide insights for improvement
• Collaborate with the Engineering department to align content with project goals
• Respond to feedback and inquiries to foster a positive internal community
• Support the ongoing development of intranet communication tools
• Assist in meeting deadlines in a timely manner
