Qualifications

  • Over 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting, banking, or a growth company.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business operations.
  • Proven ability to autonomously solve complex problems and manage projects with significant operational implications.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful execution.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Strategy & Transformation team to shape strategic planning and define priorities.
  • Drive selected cross-functional strategic initiatives from project definition to implementation.
  • Assist in critical areas with analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Prepare ongoing strategy and business reviews for transparency and decision-making.
  • Create high-quality materials for executive discussions.
