Job summary

This role involves driving the operational backbone of a commercial leadership team in the hearing aid industry, focusing on strategic initiatives and ensuring effective organizational operations. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and their leadership team to support various business functions.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, PMO, or a business-facing role within a complex commercial organization.
  • Proven ability to lead deliverables independently.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the leadership operating model and annual calendar, ensuring structured and disciplined operations.
  • Lead the preparation for business reviews, offsites, and town halls, coordinating input from diverse stakeholders.
  • Manage reporting and KPI tracking to ensure visibility and actionability of performance metrics.
  • Shape executive presentations and materials, ensuring clarity and readiness for decision-making.
  • Drive selected strategic initiatives, actively shaping projects and aligning stakeholders.

Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
