Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, primarily using Kotlin.
• Own and evolve service architecture, APIs, and data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive credit solutions.
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and manage safe change processes.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt while guiding the team through challenges.
• Provide mentorship and support to other engineers, contributing hands-on coding as needed.
