To strengthen our digital capabilities in Northern Europe, we’re looking for an Online Merchandiser to join our global team.
Your role
As Online Merchandiser for Specsavers, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers discover products and content across multiple markets, with a strong focus on onsite search and merchandising performance.
This is a global role with a clear regional anchor in Northern Europe – ideal if you enjoy working cross‑border, remotely and in close collaboration with international teams.
You’ll blend hands‑on online merchandising with a strong interest in search and data‑driven optimisation, helping ensure customers can quickly and easily find what matters most to them.
Your responsibilities will include:
This role operates on a global level and works with all our markets. It is based in Northern Europe and is ideal for someone who enjoys cross‑border, remote working and close collaboration with international teams. You should expect occasional travel to the UK for team sessions and collaboration.
You’ll be part of the Global Customer Engagement Hub, working closely with colleagues across Northern Europe, the UK, Canada and Australia. While the team is primarily UK‑based today, we're keen to build a stronger global presence, which is why we are recruiting in all our regions.
The team works in a remote‑first setup and values knowledge‑sharing, trust and clear communication.
Your qualifications
