Solution Consultant Intern (SaaS, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves supporting the Solution Excellence Team in facilitating communication and project management processes to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with a creative mindset
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
• Experience or interest in communication, client care, and project management
• Ability to work full-time during the internship
• Currently pursuing a degree in communication, project management, or IT, preferably nearing completion
• Proficient in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Located in or near Copenhagen for on-site work

Responsibilities

• Assist in guiding clients on strategic communication and content strategies
• Support the conceptualization and development of client applications
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and development, on various projects
• Help coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Participate in testing customized software solutions for clients
• Prepare training materials and assist in client training sessions
• Provide administrative support for project documentation and communication
• Foster a positive team environment and contribute to client satisfaction

Education
