Job summary

In the role of Solution Architect, you will be responsible for delivering scalable ecommerce solutions across the EMEA region. You will translate business objectives into innovative technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to ensure successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar advisory role within ecommerce or related sectors.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including architecture and integration.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices related to ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on commerce solution architecture and best practices.
• Conduct workshops with customers and ERP partners to identify business needs and align on solution strategies.
• Present solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation on solution architecture and support pre-sales activities with business-focused solutions and estimates.
• Lead AI implementation in delivery processes to enhance solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Define, estimate scope, and document solution architecture in line with business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with ERP partners for integrated solutions, particularly involving Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Stay updated on ecommerce trends and Dynamics 365 F&O integration patterns.
