Job summary

Seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of a Private Wireless Network Core, a product designed for enterprise-grade solutions in various industries such as shipping and logistics. The role involves building and scaling software systems that support hybrid LTE infrastructure, with a focus on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a backend or full-stack engineer with complex, distributed systems.
• Familiarity with networking, connectivity, or telecom systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Go, JavaScript, or similar system-level languages; TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• A mindset geared towards continuous learning and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the Private Wireless Network Core, transforming it into a repeatable, enterprise-ready product.
• Manage solutions from early prototypes to production-grade systems, including architecture and support.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and commercial teams to create scalable software solutions.
• Ensure systems are globally scalable, reliable, and easy to operate.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to internal tooling and tech stack evolution.
