Software Engineer (C#/.NET, Cloud, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role involves developing a cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service solution for performance measurement and attribution, aimed at enhancing investment management through modern web applications and cloud computing.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#, .NET Core/Framework, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with APIs and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and trunk-based development, particularly using Git (Azure DevOps).
• Interest in cloud engineering, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of automated testing and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to tackle complex problems in a structured way.
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members, Product Managers, and end-users to deliver secure and valuable solutions.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and support.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of investment performance solutions with product owners and other teams.
• Understand company strategy and customer needs to enhance overall impact.
• Mentor junior colleagues as experience grows.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools and frameworks, including APL programming language (training provided).

• Master’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
