• Demonstrated success in improving delivery predictability and engineering effectiveness.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of an engineering area, ensuring alignment with business value and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Line Management to co-own product scope, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Develop and mentor chapter leads and senior engineers to build organizational capability.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategy and priorities.
• Create an environment that fosters high performance through clarity, autonomy, and accountability.
