Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead (Healthcare, The Nordics)

Job summary

The Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead is responsible for collaborating with research staff and stakeholders to enhance trial recruitment and provide training support specific to studies. This role involves managing relationships and communicating medical information with healthcare providers and caregivers across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications
• Required clinical research experience at the site level
• Preferred background as a Nurse or other healthcare professional
• CRA experience is a plus
• High flexibility for travel, including international if necessary
• Must have prior experience in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and/or Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (IPF/PAH)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong written and verbal command of English
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Capable of coordinating activities across multiple functions

Responsibilities

• Develop study-specific action plans with research sites to enhance recruitment and support training
• Educate healthcare professionals on study protocols related to clinical trials
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial subjects
• Maintain and analyze customer records to tailor strategies for pre-screening, screening, and enrollment
• Complete internal electronic reporting and organize group events to improve program delivery
• Manage objections effectively
• Stay updated on technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas
