ServiceNow AI & Platform Data Architect

Job summary

The role involves designing and advising on ServiceNow platform and data architecture, focusing on AI capabilities and data governance. The architect will work with customers to enhance their configuration, asset, and service data, ensuring readiness for AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly in platform architecture, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, or data architecture.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-Data Foundations, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, or CTA are advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI Control Tower or ServiceNow AI capabilities is a plus.
• Fluent in English and a local language.

Responsibilities

• Design and advise on ServiceNow platform and data architecture.
• Lead initiatives related to CSDM, CMDB, and data maturity.
• Assist customers in improving their configuration, asset, and service data.
• Define frameworks for data governance, quality, and ownership.
• Support customers in becoming AI-ready and adopting ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
• Connect platform and data strategy with AI and automation opportunities.
• Conduct customer workshops, architecture discussions, and solution design.
• Contribute to presales activities and customer presentations.

Education

• Relevant experience and certifications in ServiceNow are preferred.
