Service Project Manager (Marine & Offshore, Aarhus)

Job summary

The role involves managing and overseeing service projects related to Refrigeration and HVAC for marine and offshore clients. The Service Project Manager will ensure quality delivery while adhering to operational excellence standards, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and supporting the Service Sales Team.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering, automation, or a related technical field.
• Experience in project management or as a technician in a service-oriented role.
• Proficient in system design and price calculations for marine installations.
• Strong communication skills in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and control service projects for marine and offshore customers.
• Manage project performance, focusing on operational and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with the Service Sales Team to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Ensure project deliverables align with agreed scopes and maintain high service standards.
• Navigate technical challenges effectively during project execution.
