Job summary

The role involves supporting the Service & Operations team by ensuring stable operations for clients, troubleshooting alerts, managing incidents, and fulfilling various service requests. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and developers, setting up monitoring systems, and improving processes.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT operations or support.
  • Familiarity with ITIL terminology and Service Desk systems.
  • Background in IT, Web Development, Information Studies, or Communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming tickets from clients effectively.
  • Respond to alerts and events promptly.
  • Conduct troubleshooting for incidents and assist in identifying root causes.
  • Set up monitoring for different web technologies.
  • Contribute to process improvements for both internal operations and client services.

Skills

  • Strong customer interaction and support skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and AI.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a fun and healthy culture.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in IT or related fields is advantageous.

Tools

  • Experience with Service Desk systems and web development tools is beneficial.
