Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency, consultancy, or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work methodically without sacrificing speed or quality.
• Proficient in Figma and capable of producing high-quality design deliverables.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analysis and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to identify user and business needs.
• Map customer journeys and service flows across various channels and systems.
• Facilitate ideation sessions to define strategic direction and digital concepts.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and design deliverables for validation and development.
• Collaborate with customers, designers, developers, and specialists throughout the design process.

Skills

• Proficient in using Figma, including design systems and components.
• Ability to translate strategy and insights into clear design recommendations.
• Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and AI in design work.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in UX design or related field.
