Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore wind turbine technology or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Research key offshore wind markets and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Develop strategies for maintaining and enhancing relationships with key accounts.
• Lead bidding processes for large-scale projects, interpreting tender documents and designing project solutions.
• Guide contract negotiations and identify technical risks for awarded projects.
• Participate in personnel development and system construction tasks as assigned.
