Senior Systems Engineering Process Specialist

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing Systems Engineering practices within R&D, ensuring effective requirements, verification, and quality management for regulated medical devices. The position is based at the company's headquarters in Smørum, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, quality, or product development environments.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles, with relevant experience in requirement engineering, verification, test management, or defect management.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the connection between requirements, architecture, verification, and quality across R&D.
• Develop and implement effective verification practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze defect data to identify trends and improve requirements and verification processes.
• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of IBM ELM tools, including DOORS Next Generation.
• Provide training, guidance, and hands-on collaboration to enhance engineering capabilities.

Skills

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven process improvements.
• Strong communication skills to work across disciplines and with various teams.
• Experience with IBM ELM, DOORS Next Generation, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous.
