Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in software architecture and leading development throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with automated testing architecture and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive software architecture, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, scalable, and compliant.
  • Provide technical leadership for medical device software, including technology selection and efficient release processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, participating in project planning and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring strong engineering practices and a positive team culture.
  • Ensure operational excellence across the software lifecycle, including automated quality assurance and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Participate in technology research and early-stage product development projects.

Skills

  • Strong ability to manage deliverables for both personal and team projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships across teams and departments.
  • A curious and creative mindset with a generalist technology perspective.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or similar.

Tools

  • Familiarity with modern technologies such as Kotlin Multiplatform, Microsoft Azure, and Cloud events.
