Senior Software Engineer (B2B Integrations)

Job summary

The role involves joining a cross-functional team focused on enhancing B2B integrations for a consumer review platform. The Senior Software Engineer will oversee the health and evolution of over 20 integrations, ensuring system reliability and scalability while guiding architectural decisions and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in full-stack application development, with a strong emphasis on backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth protocols.
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, ECS, SNS, and CloudFormation, as well as containerization tools like Docker and Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and release new features focusing on backend stability and scalability.
• Architect solutions for complex integrations while maintaining internal tools and documentation.
• Troubleshoot software issues and resolve bugs across the full stack.
• Lead technical direction through best practices and Infrastructure as Code.
• Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to align technical debt reduction with business value.

Education
