Senior Software Engineer (Fintech, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on developing and enhancing a Private Debt module within a leading Fintech organization. The position requires an experienced software engineer with a strong background in C# and a willingness to learn APL, contributing to both backend system design and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design and architecture patterns.
• Proficient in C#/.NET and backend systems development.
• Familiarity with APIs and messaging concepts.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend systems primarily in APL.
• Conduct code reviews and guide technical planning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure code quality through testing and adherence to engineering standards.
• Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs.
• Work with Git-based workflows in a continuous integration environment.
