Job summary

An opportunity exists for an experienced backend engineer to contribute to the development of AI-native enterprise applications. The role involves solving complex architectural challenges and enhancing developer productivity through modern frameworks and tooling.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science.
• Over 5 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Proven experience in building or contributing to AI-powered or AI-native applications.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Ontologies, Graph Databases, AI orchestration frameworks, Vector databases, and Reinforcement Learning Models.

Responsibilities

• Build platforms and frameworks that facilitate AI innovation across teams.
• Design robust and scalable systems within complex enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with teams to improve their development processes and address challenges.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Skills

• Strong technical foundation in Java and Spring.
• Familiarity with technologies including Hibernate, Spring Security, OpenAPI, Kubernetes, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and OIDC.

Education

• Relevant degree in computer science or a related field.
