The Senior Scientific Manager will contribute to strategic initiatives and community-building activities, focusing on creating value chains that transform research into real-world solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD in physics, engineering, or a related field
• Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in industry or entrepreneurship
• Experience with international research or innovation collaborations
• Strong knowledge of the quantum technology ecosystem
• Familiarity with AI, data science, or related deep tech is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English

• Drive the translation of quantum technologies with applications in cardiometabolic diseases and cell therapies
• Support the establishment of a commercial quantum computing supply chain
• Strengthen the innovation talent pipeline in quantum technologies
• Identify and address barriers across academia, clinical practice, industry, and end users
• Develop analyses, reports, and strategic recommendations
• Quantum technology development and implementation
• Deep tech entrepreneurship and talent development
• Ecosystem and innovation building in Denmark, the Nordics, and Europe
