Job summary

This role involves leading risk management and scheduling activities for offshore wind projects within a global organization focused on sustainable energy. The position requires expertise in project controls and a commitment to supporting the green energy transition.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in offshore wind or major energy infrastructure projects.
  • Extensive experience in project controls, PMO, and risk management.
  • Proficient in scheduling tools, particularly Primavera P6 or equivalent.
  • Experience with Monte Carlo simulations for schedule and cost risk analyses.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in client presentations.
  • Collaborative approach with analytical thinking and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.
  • Establish project controls frameworks and reporting standards.
  • Facilitate risk workshops and manage project risk registers.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
  • Create mitigation plans and track risk reduction efforts.
  • Provide project controls advice across various project phases.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
  • Assist in business development and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Promote continuous improvement of methodologies and digital tools.

Education

  • Relevant degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
