Senior Quantitative UX Researcher

Job summary

The role involves leading quantitative UX research to enhance user trust in an online reviews platform. The Senior Quantitative UX Researcher will design and execute research strategies, focusing on measuring user experiences and behaviors related to trust and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX research with a strong focus on quantitative methods.
• Expertise in survey methodology, statistical analysis, and experience with large behavioral datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Proven track record of using quantitative research to influence product or business decisions.
• Experience with AI tools in research workflows.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the quantitative research roadmap for product areas, including attitudinal and behavioral analysis.
• Conduct large-scale surveys and analyze behavioral data to track user journeys.
• Create measurement frameworks to define success metrics for user interactions.
• Collaborate with Data Science to ensure rigorous study designs and data pipelines.
• Mentor other researchers in quantitative methods and improve team statistical literacy.

Skills

• Strong analytical and statistical skills, including regression and significance testing.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for product teams.
• Critical thinking regarding AI tools and their application in research.

Education

• Relevant degree in a field related to UX research, statistics, or data science is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with tools such as Amplitude, Looker, and BigQuery for data analysis.
