Senior QA Manager (Pharmaceutical, Temporary, Remote)

Job summary

This temporary position involves driving continuous improvement in the Quality Management System (QMS) within the pharmaceutical development sector. The role focuses on enhancing core QA processes and ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders to maintain compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Over 5 years of QA experience, preferably in pharmaceutical development
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead the improvement of the Quality Management Review (QMR) process, including governance and effectiveness tracking
• Implement and maintain a structured process landscape with clear ownership
• Own and enhance core QA processes such as Change Control and Deviation management
• Develop quality reporting for QMR, including KPIs and dashboards using tools like Veeva Vault and Excel
• Present QA processes and metrics during audits and inspections
• Collaborate with IT to define requirements for electronic QMS

Tools

• Experience with electronic QMS/EDMS and reporting tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, Excel, BI tools) is preferred.
