Senior QA Manager (Pharmaceutical, Temporary, Remote)

Job summary

This temporary position involves driving continuous improvement in the Quality Management System (QMS) within pharmaceutical development, focusing on enhancing core QA processes and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of QA experience, preferably in pharmaceutical development.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the improvement of the Quality Management Review (QMR) process, including governance and effectiveness tracking.
• Implement and maintain a well-defined process landscape with clear ownership.
• Own core QA processes such as Change Control and Deviation management, driving continuous enhancements.
• Develop quality reporting for QMR, including KPIs and dashboards, utilizing tools like Veeva Vault and Excel.
• Present QA processes and metrics during audits and inspections, ensuring clear communication.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to define requirements for the electronic QMS.
