Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves leading high-impact projects within supply chain management, focusing on strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance across various functions. Qualifications

• M.Sc. degree in business, engineering, pharmacy, or natural sciences.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, CMC, or contract manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of commercial business and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with process mapping and digital improvement initiatives is advantageous.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organized, consistent, and goal-oriented.
• Personal drive and a positive mindset, with the ability to tackle challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse projects aimed at improving supply chain processes and implementing digital initiatives.
• Establish supply chains for new products and develop business cases in collaboration with Finance and Production.
• Prepare key project decisions for senior management and facilitate critical business decisions.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and support the implementation of sustainable changes.

Education
