Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading high-impact projects within supply chain management, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance across various functions. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement critical changes, establish commercial supply chains for new products, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. degree in business, engineering, pharmacy, or natural sciences.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, CMC, or contract manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of commercial business and negotiation skills.
• Experience in process mapping, change management, and digital improvement initiatives is advantageous.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organized, consistent, and goal-oriented.
• Personal drive and a positive mindset, capable of overcoming challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse projects aimed at improving supply chain processes and implementing digital initiatives.
• Facilitate business-critical decisions and map processes for efficiency improvements.
• Develop business cases for manufacturing strategies in collaboration with Finance and Production.
• Prepare key project decisions for senior management review.
• Engage with various stakeholders including CMC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Production Planning.

Education
