Job summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee critical incident responses related to turbine operations, ensuring effective containment and thorough investigations while collaborating with global teams. This role combines technical expertise in wind turbines with project management skills to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with extensive experience in the wind industry.
• Project management certification (e.g., Prince 2, IPMA) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects addressing serious incidents involving turbines from occurrence to root cause analysis.
• Engage quickly with customers and stakeholders across the value chain.
• Drive the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and motivation.
• Prepare and deliver incident and customer reports detailing investigation processes and outcomes.
