Senior Project Manager (Power Systems)

Job summary

The role involves managing complex, large-scale electrical projects with a focus on critical infrastructure and high voltage systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing critical infrastructure projects, including HV Cables, HV Substations, Offshore Wind, or Datacentre projects.
• Significant experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for team development and conflict resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of project development stages, including feasibility, design, procurement, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, quality, and financial performance to meet success criteria.
• Guide and review engineering designs and electrical system studies.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and adhere to relevant codes and standards.
• Lead design meetings and coordinate work across multiple disciplines.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
