Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing critical infrastructure projects, including HV Cables, HV Substations, Offshore Wind, or Datacentre projects.
• Significant project management experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for effective team and client communication.
• Advanced knowledge of project development stages such as feasibility, design, procurement, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project time, quality, and financial aspects to meet success criteria.
• Guide and review engineering designs and electrical system studies.
• Implement quality assurance and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Lead design meetings and coordinate work across various engineering disciplines.
• Build and maintain client relationships while aligning projects with client objectives.
