Senior Project Manager (Power Systems, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves managing complex electrical projects with a focus on critical infrastructure and high voltage systems. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, quality, and financial aspects, as well as guiding technical designs and ensuring compliance with QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Eng., BS, or MS)
• Proven experience in critical infrastructure, HV Cables, HV Substations, Offshore Wind, or Datacentre projects
• Significant project management experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for effective communication and conflict resolution
• Advanced knowledge of project development stages including feasibility, conceptual design, and EPC delivery

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, quality, and financial metrics to achieve success criteria
• Guide and review engineering designs, ensuring adherence to engineering principles
• Implement QA/QC procedures and relevant codes and standards
• Lead design meetings and coordinate work across multiple disciplines
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring alignment with project objectives
