Job summary

The role involves providing structure and daily support in a complex integration programme following a major transaction in the telecommunications sector. The Senior Programme Coordinator will ensure smooth operations and administration of the integration activities while supporting senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule programme activities, including meetings and onboarding/offboarding of participants
  • Support daily operations of the Integration Programme and handle ad hoc tasks
  • Assist the Senior Vice President and Senior Director by managing their calendars and planning meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various functions to achieve programme goals

Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
  • Effective time management and task prioritization

Education

  • Relevant experience in project support or management
