Senior Program Manager (MedTech, Remote/Hybrid in Europe)

Job summary

This role involves leading strategic and transformation initiatives within Quality, Regulatory & Compliance (QRC) in the Surgical Workflows sector. The position is designed for individuals with a background in management consulting or transformation roles, focusing on driving execution in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, PMO, consulting, or similar high-impact roles.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in structured environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related analytical field.
• Strong problem-structuring, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Execution-oriented mindset, capable of translating insights into impactful actions.
• Interest in AI-enabled process and system optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategy and transformation initiatives across QRC within Surgical Workflows.
• Structure complex problems into clear strategies and execution roadmaps.
• Manage PMO governance for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring delivery against milestones and KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across various departments including R&D, Operations, and IT.
• Drive optimization of Quality Management Systems and documentation processes to enhance scalability and compliance.
