Senior Product Manager (On-site)

Job summary

The role involves managing the Addressability pod within the Identity product team, focusing on making the identity graph accessible across the organization. Responsibilities include building and evolving real-time and batch resolution systems, driving adoption of identity infrastructure, and ensuring integration across various business units.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in product management, particularly with data platforms or identity systems.
• Strong technical understanding of identity graphs, entity resolution, and data pipelines.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for identity resolution systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop identity resolution capabilities.
• Drive organization-wide adoption of the identity spine across various teams.
• Oversee the migration of legacy identity systems to modern architectures.
• Build relationships with product managers and engineering leads to align on goals.
• Establish success metrics and create dashboards for visibility into identity coverage.

Skills

• Familiarity with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake or Spark.
• Ability to read SQL queries and engage with engineers on system design.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with data infrastructure tools and technologies is advantageous.
