Senior Product Manager (Tech, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading the Addressability team, focusing on enhancing the accessibility of the identity graph across various products and services. The position requires building and evolving systems for real-time and batch identity resolution, ensuring integration across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in product management, particularly with data platforms or identity systems.
• Strong technical understanding of identity graphs, entity resolution, and data pipelines.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for identity resolution systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement identity resolution capabilities.
• Facilitate the adoption of the identity spine across various business units.
• Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern architectures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with product managers and engineering leads.
• Define success metrics and create dashboards for visibility into identity coverage and match rates.
• Translate complex concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Utilize data to prioritize initiatives and measure impact on business outcomes.

Skills

• Familiarity with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake or Spark is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate collaboration across time zones.

Education

• A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not explicitly required.
