Job summary

A Senior Product Manager is sought to lead the EMEA region for a SaaS platform, focusing on enterprise customer engagements across multiple countries. This role emphasizes execution within a defined strategic framework, requiring a strong background in B2B SaaS and the ability to manage complex, multi-country product deployments.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with at least 3 years at the enterprise level.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise customer relationships, particularly in multi-country deployments and formal governance structures.
• Experience in maintaining global product standards while accommodating local requirements.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
• Proficient in full lifecycle product management, including agile methodologies.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing roadmaps and standards documents.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer and market data.
• Experience working with international clients and navigating cultural differences.
• Relevant degree (MSc, BSc, or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead the product relationship across EMEA, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer needs and local market requirements.
• Co-own the global vs local product standard, ensuring it is actively used and updated.
• Maintain close relationships with customers and market leaders to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define development solutions and manage a healthy backlog.
• Contribute to product demonstrations and sales enablement as a subject-matter expert.
• Report on product line performance and collaborate with various teams including Sales and Customer Success.
