Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing operational excellence within the Ocean business by driving process standardization and continuous improvement across global logistics operations. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning the functional product vision and ensuring measurable value delivery in the designated Ocean Operations domain.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic product vision for the Ocean Operations domain, addressing operational challenges and performance gaps.
• Lead the design and optimization of cross-functional processes to enhance execution consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and manage a product roadmap that aligns with operational priorities and drives value.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance through better processes and tools.
• Ensure integration of solutions across the Ocean operating model, connecting planning, execution, and commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure effective adoption of process and product changes.
• Monitor and track the realization of value from implemented changes.
