Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to execution, focusing on user-centered solutions for a product aimed at the hospitality and retail sectors. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to bridge user needs with technical implementation, ensuring impactful design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design, particularly for user-facing products in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience with AI-native products and understanding of how AI influences user behavior.
• Commitment to customer discovery through direct feedback and data-driven design decisions.
• Proficient in design systems and implementation details.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and observations to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain high product standards while being pragmatic in design choices.
• Design new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration.
• Think systemically about design patterns and components across the product.
• Engage collaboratively with developers and other team members to enhance design outcomes.
