Senior Process Engineer

Job summary

The Senior Process Engineer will contribute to the development of advanced high precision pad printing platforms and engage in various innovative projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, production, or similar)
• Six Sigma certification (minimum green belt)
• Over 5 years of experience in production equipment development and optimization
• Experience in pad printing or similar surface decoration processes
• Familiarity with project management tools

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of high precision pad printing equipment from a process perspective
• Identify and minimize sources of variation in pad printing processes
• Optimize subsystems and components using data-driven methods and collaboration
• Conduct structured testing throughout equipment development stages
• Lead process optimization initiatives and root cause investigations
• Design and execute scientific experiments to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Document processes and outcomes for knowledge sharing
• Assist in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

Tools

• Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter is preferred
