Senior Network Solution Specialist (IT Infrastructure, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role involves shaping, modernizing, and securing a global network landscape within a large IT infrastructure organization. The position requires collaboration across various teams and regions to enhance network solutions and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure within a large or international setting, potentially as a Network Specialist, Network Architect, Consultant, or Solution Architect.
• Solid experience with Cisco-based networks and a strong understanding of enterprise networking and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead network-related projects and define global network architecture and standards.
• Design secure and scalable solutions that meet business and operational requirements.
• Drive technology improvements, automation, and standardization across the network.
• Manage complex technical issues from analysis to resolution, including advanced troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT Security and Operations to ensure secure and efficient solutions.
• Contribute to strategy, roadmaps, and key technical decisions, acting as a trusted advisor.

Skills

• Proficiency in Cisco LAN, WiFi, WAN, and security technologies, including Nexus Dashboard, Catalyst Center, Meraki, SD-WAN, Anyconnect, and ISE.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Checkpoint firewalls, Citrix Netscaler, and Netskope ZTNA.
• Experience with network automation tools.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP Enterprise or equivalent experience.

Education

• Relevant educational background in IT or related fields is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with network management and automation tools, as well as security technologies.
