Job summary

The role involves leading the design, implementation, and enhancement of a secure and modern Microsoft 365 platform to support collaboration and productivity across various organizations. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in designing M365 architecture and optimizing Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong understanding of M365 security, compliance, identity, and governance concepts.
• Proficiency in modern deployment and automation techniques, including Intune configuration and PowerShell.
• Experience as a technical authority and escalation point for M365 issues.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a secure and compliant Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Lead architecture for collaboration and productivity initiatives.
• Ensure integration between Microsoft 365 services and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform services with business needs.
• Stay updated on new Microsoft 365 capabilities and contribute to operational improvements.
• Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and drive operational efficiency.
